Our role
Dreem9 Private Limited operates Dreem9 as a marketplace. Products are sold by independent sellers, who are responsible for their listings, pricing, quality and fulfilment. We provide the platform, payments, support and dispute resolution.
Prices and tax
All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated. A tax invoice is available for each order.
Orders
An order is confirmed when payment succeeds or, for cash on delivery, when we receive it. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or the listing contains an obvious error, and will refund any payment in full.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the Shipping and returns policy.
Accounts
Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Reviews
Reviews must be honest and about the product you bought. We may remove reviews that are abusive or unrelated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
